Decline Booking Request

Declines a request to book on the host's behalf, on Airbnb or Booking.com. Requires the reservations:write scope.

Airbnb: the reservation must have source "Airbnb" and status "pending". Give one of Airbnb's reasons (lower case) and a messageToGuest.

Booking.com: the reservation must have source "Booking" and status "inquiry" (a request still waiting for the host's answer). Give one of Booking.com's reasons (upper case), plus reasonText when the reason is NOT_COMFORTABLE. Booking.com doesn't take a message to the guest and never shows the guest the reason, so messageToGuest and messageToAirbnb are refused.

The channel is the source of truth: Host Tools sends the action to the channel, and the new status shows up in /api/getReservation/{reservationID}, and the reservation webhook fires, shortly after the call returns, not in the response itself.
