Returns the reasons Airbnb accepts for cancelling this reservation right now, and the penalty the host would pay. Call it just before /api/cancelReservation/{reservationID} on an Airbnb reservation: Airbnb shortens the list as check-in gets closer. Requires the reservations:read scope.

Internal and direct reservations need no reason, so they return an empty reasons list. So do Booking.com and VRBO reservations, which can't be cancelled through the API.
