Returns a listing's calendar rules in the order they apply, including the rules it gets from a calendar rule group. Calendar rules set or change prices, set minimum nights, block or open dates, and block check-ins or check-outs. Requires the pricing:read scope.

How rules apply. Rules apply from the top of the list down (position 1 first). A later rule overwrites an earlier one on the same day, minimum nights included. So a fixedPrice rule placed below a channel markup such as "Airbnb +15%" replaces the marked-up price: put fixed prices above markups. Paused rules are returned but don't apply.

Dates. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD on the listing's calendar. A specificDates rule's end date is not included, like a check-out day: Dec 24 only is 2026-12-24 to 2026-12-25. A yearlyDates rule includes both ends.

A rule with calendarRuleGroupName comes from a calendar rule group and is shared with every listing in that group, so it can't be changed, paused, moved or deleted through the API. All the rules of one group share the group's position.

A rule with an empty limitDays never applies (except availability and check-in/check-out block rules). The MCP saved rules that way before; set its weekdays with Set Calendar Rule.
