Request Alteration

Asks the guest to accept a change to a confirmed Airbnb reservation: new dates, guest counts or total price. This is the same as changing a reservation from Airbnb's inbox. Send only what changes; anything left out keeps the reservation's current value.
The reservation itself only changes once the guest accepts. Until then the request is the reservation's alterationRequest, with initiatedBy "host", and it can be withdrawn with /api/cancelAlterationRequest/{reservationID}. Airbnb allows one open request per reservation.
Airbnb only. VRBO isn't supported yet, and Booking.com and Houfy have no way for a host to change a booking through an API.
The reservation must have source "Airbnb" and status "accepted", and its stay must not have ended. Requires the reservations:write scope.
