Accept Alteration Request

Accepts the guest's open change request on an Airbnb reservation (the reservation's alterationRequest, with initiatedBy "guest"). Host Tools then refreshes the reservation from Airbnb, so its new dates, guests and payout show shortly after, not immediately.
Requires the reservations:write scope.

200Airbnb accepted the change

400Invalid request: unknown reservation, a reservation that isn't yours, a reservation that isn't from Airbnb, or a disconnected Airbnb account.

405Airbnb refused. Its reason is in message, for example when the request has expired.

409The reservation has no open change request, or the open one was sent by the host (withdraw it instead).
